		<description>Yoga is a GREAT think for cyclists (and runners) to get into.  As a cyclist and runner I started doing yoga about 7 years ago and have since had way fewer injuries, and my recovery times are shorter.

I would really strongly suggest not trying to learn from DVDs though.  Try and get to at least a few classes with a qualified teacher first, then once they have checked your alignments you can get lots from DVDs without picking up bad habits!</description>
